养肝利胆颗粒对小鼠四氯化碳慢性肝损伤模型的病理改变观察

摘    要:目的:观察养肝利胆颗粒对四氯化碳(CCl4)肝损伤小鼠的病理改变,探讨小鼠慢性肝损伤模型的确立及养肝利胆颗粒的作用机理。方法:采用四氯化碳造成小鼠慢性肝损伤模型,检测血清ALT、AST和肝脏病理切片HE染色。结果:养肝利胆颗粒可显著降低由CCl4所致的小鼠血清ALT、AST改变,明显改善肝组织病理形态上的损伤。结论:本实验的小鼠四氯化碳慢性肝损伤模型稳定,效果可靠;养肝利胆颗粒对小鼠CCl4肝损伤有显著改善作用,其作用机理可能与降低肝内脂质过氧化反应有关。

Abstract:Objective:To observe the pathologic alteration of the mouse liver,which wastreated by the granule of nourishingliver and dredging gallbladder after be impaired by CCL_4.To discuss the establishment of the model of mouse chronic impaired liver, and the mechanism of the granule of nourishingliver and dredging gallbladder. Methods:Using CCL_4 to make the model of mouse chronic impaired liver, detecting the levels of ALT and AST in blood serum, and using HE to dye the pathologic slice of the liver. Results:The granule of nourishingliver and dredging gallbladder can remarkably reduce the levels of ALT and AST in the mouse blood serum,which caused by CCL_4and remarkably amend the impairment of pathomorphology in liver tissue, remarkably increase the SOD in liver tissue.Conclusion:The model which the mouse liver be impaired by CCL_4in this experiment is stable, the granule of nourishingliver and dredging gallbladder have the effect of significantly promote the impairment of mouse liver which caused by CCL_4,the mechanism may be associated with the reduction of the reaction of lipid peroxidation in liver.
