摘    要:目的:考察国产胰酪胨大豆培养基(TSB)和改良马丁培养基(MMB)对微生物的促生长能力,为〈中国药典〉无菌检查法培养基的选择提供依据.方法:采用培养基灵敏度检查法和菌数平皿计数法,以BD公司生产的TSB为对照,对微生物的促生长情况进行考察.结果:单因素方差分析结果显示,所用国产TSB和MMB培养基在两种方法中对代表性微生物促生长能力无显著性差异.结论:〈中国药典〉无菌检查用培养基应与国际先进国家药典保持一致,采用TSB替代MMB培养基用于需气菌和真菌的培养.

Microbial Growth Promotion Evaluation of Tryptic Soybean Medium and Modified Matin Medium

Abstract:Objective: To evaluate microbial growth promotion of tryptic soybean medium (TSB) and modified matin medium (MMB) from different manufactures in China. Methods: Sensitivity test method and plate - count method were applied using six microorgan-isms from different genus, respectively. TSB and MMB from three domestic manufactures in China were compared, and TSB from BD company was set as control group. Results: According to one - way analysis of variance, there was no significant difference between TSB and MMB media of growth promotion using both methods in general. Conclusions: Complying with the media system of pharmaco-poeia in developed countries, TSB can be applied in sterility test of Chinese Pharmacopoeia instead of MMB, if the quality of media could be continually stable.
