| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨乌司他丁对急性胰腺炎的临床治疗效果。方法：选择40例急性胰腺炎住院病人，以乌司他丁10万单位溶于500ml15%葡萄糖注射液中静脉滴注，每天二次，疗程7－14d，观察用药前后患者自觉症状，临床体征，检验结果及综合结果情况并进行对比研究。结果：本组病例中症状、体征无无效及加重者。用药前后血淀粉酶，尿淀粉酶和白细胞计数等临床检验结果比较均有显著差异（P＜0.01)。结论：乌司他丁是治疗急性胰腺炎安全而有效的药物。

| Abstract: | Objective: To observe the effect of UTI treatment on acute pancreatitis.Methods : 40 patients with acute pancreatitis were treated by UTI (10 5u +5%G.S 500ml ,ivgtt Bid) for two wecks. to observe change of Symptom .sign and results of laboratory examination.Results:Contents of amylase in blood and wrine and leukocytometry were significantly reduced in ,the patients received UTI treatment (P<0.01).Comclusion:UTI is safe and efficient in treating patients with acute pancreatitis. |
