补肾活血方对免疫性卵巢早衰小鼠外周血抗透明带抗体的影响

目的研究补肾活血方对免疫性卵巢早衰小鼠外周血抗透明带抗体(AzpAb)的影响,为临床上运用中医药预防和治疗卵巢早衰提供实验依据。方法以小鼠透明带3为抗原,皮下多点注射免疫Balb/c雌性小鼠,建立免疫性卵巢早衰模型。以补肾活血方低、中、高剂量进行治疗,并设倍美力为对照,ELISA法测定血清AzpAb含量。结果与空白组比较,模型组AzpAb表达水平显著升高,2组比较差异有高度统计意义(P0.01);与模型组比较,补肾活血方各剂量组、倍美力组AzpAb表达水平均显著降低(P0.01);与倍美力组比较,高剂量组AzpAb表达水平有所降低,但2组比较无统计意义(P0.05),中、低剂量组显著高于倍美力组(P0.01);补肾活血方各剂量组比较,高剂量组较中、低剂量组表达显著降低(P0.01)。结论补肾活血方能显著下调免疫性卵巢早衰小鼠外周血AzpAb表达的升高。

Effects of Bushen Huoxue Fang on antibody of anti-zona pellucida in peripheral blood of mice with immune premature ovarian failure

Objective To study the effects of Bushen Huoxue Fang on antibody of anti-zona pellucida （AzpAb） in peripheral blood of mice with immune premature ovarian failure （POF） , and provide experimental basis for Chinese medicine of clinical prevention and treatment of premature ovarian failure. Methods The zona pellueida 3 of mice was regarded as antigen, immune POF models of Balb/c female mice were established by multi-point injection of the antigen. Used Bushen Huoxue Fang low, medium and high dose to treat, and prematin was regarded as control, the contents of AzpAb were detected by ELISA method. Results Compared with blank group, the contents of AzpAb of model group were significantly increased（P 〈 0.01 ）. Compared with model group, the contents of AzpAb of all dose group of Bushen Huoxue Fang and premarin group were significantly decreased（P 〈0.01 ）. Compared with premarin group, the contents of AzpAb of high dose group were decreased, but there wash＇ t significant difference between 2 groups （ P 〉 0.05 ） , medium and high dose group were significantly higher than premarin group （ P 〈 0.01 ）. The contents of AzpAb of high dose group were significantly lower than low and medium dose group（P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion Bushen Huoxue Fang can significantly decrease the contents of AzpAb in peripheral blood of mice with immune POF.
