多巴胺、多巴酚丁胺、酚妥拉明联用治疗老年肺心病心衰临床观察

探讨多巴胺、多巴酚丁胺、酚妥拉明联合用药治疗老年肺心病心衰的疗效及其机制。方法：１２０例确诊为肺心病心衰的老年患者，随机分为多巴胺、多巴酚丁胺、酚妥拉明治疗组和西地兰对照组，临床观察中每日评价临床症状及心功能状况。结果：治疗组总有效率９３．３３％，对照组总有效率７１．６７％，两组比较，Ｐ＜０．０１。结论：三药联用治疗老年肺心病心衰疗效满意，机制合理，费用较低，值得采用。

Clinical Study of Combined Treatment of Dopamine, Dobatamine and Regitin on Gerental Patients with Pulmonarocadiac

Objective: To Study machanism all effects of the administration of dopamine, dobutamine and regitin in geronaal patients with pulmonarocadiac disease. Methods: 120 patients with pulmonarocadiac disease and heart failure were divided randomly into therapeutic group which was given dopamine, dobutamine and regitin and control group which was given cedilanid. Clinical symptom and heart function were assessed daily throughout the study. Results: The rate of effectiveness in the therapeautic group is 93.33% while that of controls is 71.67% (P<0. 01). Conclusion: Combined administration of the three kinds of drugs in gerontal patients with pulmonarocadiac disease is satisfying effective, resonable, economical and feasible.
