超声引导下粗针穿刺活检在甲状腺可疑恶性结节诊断中的临床应用

目的探讨超声引导下甲状腺结节粗针穿刺活检病理学检查对甲状腺可疑恶性结节诊断的临床应用价值。方法回顾性分析86例甲状腺可疑恶性结节的超声引导下粗针穿刺活检资料和病理学检查资料。结果 86例甲状腺可疑恶性结节粗针穿刺活检中,81例(94.19%)结节穿刺诊断成功,5例(5.81%)结节穿刺诊断失败。穿刺活检诊断成功的81例甲状腺结节中,53例为恶性结节,最大直径为1.4±1.0cm,28例为良性结节,最大直径为1.8±1.2cm。86例穿刺后均无严重并发症发生。结论超声引导下甲状腺结节穿刺活检安全、准确,是鉴别甲状腺可疑结节性质的有效手段。

Ultrasound-Guided Core Needle Biopsy for the Diagnosis of Suspected Malignant Thyroid Nodules

Objective To evaluate the clinical value of pathological diagnosis derived from ultrasound-guided core needle biopsy of suspected malignant thyroid nodules. Methods Ultrasound -guided core needle biopsy was performed in a total of 86 patients with suspected malignant thyroid nodules and all ultrasound findings and histological results were respectively reviewed. Results Of 86 suspected malignant thyroid nodules,81(94.19%) nodules were histological diagnosed successfully and 5(5.81%) nodules were histological diagnosed abortively. Among 81 successfully diagnosed thyroid nodules, 53 nodules(max diameter 1.4±1.0cm) were malignant and 28 nodules(max diameter 1.8±1.2cm) were benign. No serious complication occurred during all 86 ultrasound -guided biopsy of thyroid nodules. Conclusion Ultrasound -guided core needle biopsy of thyroid nodules is a safe and accurate differential diagnosis approach for detecting suspected malignant thyroid nodules.
