自体角膜缘干细胞移植与羊膜移植治疗翼状胬肉疗效比较

目的比较自体角膜缘干细胞移植与羊膜移植治疗翼状胬肉的临床疗效。方法将61例(68眼)患者随机分为两组,分别采用角膜缘干细胞移植术35例(38眼)]和羊膜移植术26例(30眼)]治疗,术后随访3个月至2年。结果角膜缘干细胞移植组1眼复发,复发率2.63%,羊膜移植组3眼复发,复发率10.00%,两组比较有显著差异(P<0.05)。结论胬肉切除联合自体角膜缘干细胞移植或羊膜移植是治疗翼状胬肉的有效方法、可降低复发率减少术后并发症,自体角膜缘干细胞移植较羊膜移植术后不适症状时间短,复发率低,效果更佳。

Comparison of Curative Effects between Autogenous Corneal Limbal Stem Cell Transplantation and Amnion Transplantation on Pterygium

Objective To compare the clinical effect of autogenous corneal limbal stem cell transplantation and amnion transplantation on the treatment of pterygium. Methods A total of 61 patients (68 eyes) with pterygium were divided into two groups at random. In addition to the excision of pterygium, one group (35 patients, 38 eyes) received autogonous corneal limbal stem cell transplantation and the other group (26 patients, 30 eyes) was performed amnion transplantation. They were postoperatively followed up 3 to 24months. Results One eye’s recurrence was noted in the former group. The relapse rate was 2.63%. Three eyes’ recurrence was noted in the latter group. The relapse rate was 10.00%. The relapse rate of autogenous cornent limbal stem cell transplantation was significantly different from that of amnion transplantation (P<0.05).Conclusion Autogenous corneal limbal stem cell transplantation and amnion transplantation are both effective adjuvant methods for the treatment of pterygium. However, in consideration of relapse rate, we recommend the excision of pterygium plus autogenous corneal limbal stem cell transplantation as a better option for the treatment of pterygium.
