下颌骨骨痂牵引成骨术与微量元素变化的动物实验研究

摘    要:目的:测定下颌骨骨痂延长前后微量元素变化,探讨骨痂牵引成骨机制。方法:15只犬行下颌骨延长术,术后不同时间行微量元素测定。结果:铜(Cu)、镁(Mg)、锌(Zn)、铁(Fe)元素含量在5周、8周、20周结果不同。结论:Cu、Mg元素在牵引早期参与成骨;Zn、Fe元素在实验的各个周期均较低。

Abstract:Objective To develop and produce a new internal fixed mandible distraction device accommodate to craniofacial and plastic surgeries; to discuss the function of ontogenesis into determination for mandibular distraction. Methods 15 native mongrel dogs were selected as subjects to the experiment model. After postoperatively, examine the trace elements during the different time. Results Cu, Mg, Zn, Fe changed according to the different period. Conclusion Cu, Mg elements combined the distraction osteogensis determination during the early period, Zn, Fe elements are low during all the period of the experiment.
