生物反馈电刺激联合盆底肌训练治疗女性压力性尿失禁的研究

摘    要:目的 探讨生物反馈电刺激联舍盆底肌训练治疗女性压力性尿失禁的效果。方法 20例女性压力性尿失禁患者,使用生物反馈治疗仪进行生物反馈电刺激联合盆底肌训练,每次20min,每天1次,5次为1疗程。治疗结束后3月评价其治疗效果并追踪观察6月。结果 20例女性压力性尿失禁患者中治愈13例(65%),有效5例(25%),无效2例(10%),有效率达90%。其中18例获6月追踪观察,无1例复发。结论 生物反馈电刺激联合盆底肌训练是治疗女性压力性尿失禁是一种有效的、治愈率较高的治疗方法。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the effect of biofeedback electrical stimulation with pelvic muscle exercises on treatment of female stress incontinence.Methods 20 cases of female stress incontinence were selected for the treatment of biofeedback electrical stimulation with pelvic muscle exercises.Biofeedback electrical stimulation device was used,20 min/section,5 sections as one sequence.The effects were watched after three months and followed for six months.Results After treatment,the cure rate was 65%(13); the alleviation rate was 25%(5);the nullity rate was 10%(2);the total efficiency rate was 90%.18 cases were followed for 6 months and no one relapsed.Conclusions biofeedback electrical stimulation with pelvic muscle exercises is a safe and effective way in treatment of chronic pelvic pain syndrome.
