俯卧位安置方法的探讨及效果评价

目的探讨腰椎后路俯卧位手术体位的安置方法及时机。方法将80例腰椎椎间盘后路减压髓核摘除术患者随机分为对照组和观察组,每组40例。对照组采用传统的俯卧位安置体位,观察组在麻醉前患者意识清醒,可以配合的情况下进行体位安置。观察两组安置体位所需时间,所需人数及患者的舒适情况。结果观察组安置体位所需时间3±1.5min,安置体位所需人数1-2人。对照组所需时间9±2.5min,安置体位所需人数4-5人。术中舒适度观察组也明显优于对照组。结论在患者病情允许的情况下,改进安置手术体位的方法及时机选择,可以缩短安置体位时间,操作更方便,也明显提高了患者的舒适度。

Effect Appraisal and Investigation of the Mode to Set Prone Position

Objective To explore the replacement method of prone operation position and time in the posterior lumbar surgery.Methods 80 cases of nucleus pulposus of posterior Intervertebral disc of lumbar vertebra patients were randomly divided into intervention group and control group.Patients in the control group accepted the traditional prone position placement positioning process.And,the pattients in the observation group can match the case of to position placement before anesthesia conscious.Observe staff time required for placement position in two groups and the required size and patient comfort.Results The time required for the observation group placement position（3 ± 1.5） minutes to accommodate the required number of position 1~2 people,the time required for the control group（9 ± 2.5） minutes to accommodate the required number of position 4~5 people.The comfort of patients was better in the observation group than the control group.Conclusion Improve the method of the placement position and time can greatly shorten the time of placement position,make the operation more convenient,and also markedly improve the patient＇s comfort as the patient condition permits.
