吡喹酮治疗前后感染日本血吸虫兔循环29/43KD分子的水平和意义

摘    要:本文获得两株抗日本血吸虫29/43KD循环抗原的单克隆抗体,并用该抗体建立了一种检测该循环抗原的双抗体夹心法。我们应用该法研究了感染日本血吸虫兔在吡喹酮治疗前后,血清中29/43KD分子的水平变化。结果表明,29/43KD分子于感染后3~4周内开始出现于外周血循环中,于吡喹酮治疗后3~5周内即从血清中逐渐消逝。此提示该分子可能是早期诊断日本血吸虫病和评价化疗效果的一种有价值的血清标志物。

Level and Significance of the 29/43 KD Molecule in Sera of Schistosoma japonicum-Infected Rabbits before and after Praziquantel Treatment

Abstract:Two monoclonal antibodies (MAbs) abainst 29/43 KD circulating antigen of Schistosoma japonicum were obtained. A sandwich ELISA method for detecting this circulating antigen was developed with these MAbs. We kstudied the level of 29/43KD molecule in sera from Schistosoma japonicum-infected rabbits before and after praziquantel treatment.The results showed that the time when the 29/43 KD began to appear in sera of infected rabbits was between 3 and 4 weeks after infection.The 29/43 KD molecule gradually disappeared from sera of infected rabbits from 3 to 5 weeks after praziquantel treatment. The results suggested that 29/43 KD molecule of Schistosoma japonicum should be a valuable serum marker both in early diagnosis of Schistosomiasis and in evaluation of chemotherapeutic efficacy.
