| 摘 要： | 应用ＳＣＥｓ（ＳｉｓｔｅｒＣｈｉｏｍａｔｉｄＥｘｃｈａｎｇｅｓ）的方法，对３５例布病患者和３０例健康人淋巴细胞染色体ＳＣＥ频率及ＰＨＡ淋巴细胞转化现象进行了观察，结果表明：病例组与正常对照组间ＳＣＥ频率无显著性差异；而患者的淋巴细胞转化反应受到不同程度的抑制。经分析，羊种布氏杆菌对人的ＤＮＡ损伤作用和削弱ＤＮＡ修复作用不明显；同时说明机体细胞反应失调与布氏杆菌感染有关。

| Abstract: | SCE frequencies and PHA Lymphocyte transformation in 35 cases of brucellosis and 30 cases of healthy persons were studied.The results revealed that there was not obvious difference in SCE frequencies between the patients with brucllosis and the control.PHA lymphoblast transformation in patients decreased more than the control.Through analyses we consider that brucllosis is not strong stimuli for the production of SCE. But it can suppress the cell-mediated immune responses. |
