| 摘 要： | 应用ＥＬＩＳＡ双抗体夹心法检测了肺吸虫病和肝吸虫病各３５例患者血清中总ＩｇＥ水平。结果表明，肺吸虫病、肝吸虫病患者和正常献血员血清中总ＩｇＥ含量分别为１０４０．００ＩＵ／ｍｌ、９９１．１４ＩＵ／ｍｌ及２５１．３０ＩＵ／ｍｌ。说明在这两种寄生虫病的发病过程中，虫体释放的可溶性抗原能够诱导机体的免疫活性细胞产生ＩｇＥ；亦证明以皮内试验诊断本病具有理论依据。

| Abstract: | Total IgE levels in sera from 35 patients with paragonimiasis and 35 cases of clonorchiasis were determined by ELISA based on the sandwich principle.The results showed that total TgE lecels in sera from the patients with paragonimiasis,clonorchiasis and healthy transfusion donors were 1040.00IU/ml,991.14IU/ml and 251.30IU/ml,respectively. It was,therefore,deemed that the antigen could induce the immunologically activated cell to produce IgE in the pathogenesis of human paagonimiasis and clonorchiasis. |
