| Abstract: | It is shown that estradiol and hydrocortisone modulate lipid composition and affect lipidprotein interaction in fibroblast
lysosome membranes, which can promote enzyme release from lysosomes. These effects are particular mechanisms of hormone regulation
of functional lysosome activity in the skin.
