2型糖尿病并发感染者血清维生素和免疫水平分析及临床护理研究

目的探讨2型糖尿病伴感染患者血液中维生素及体液免疫的水平,为临床护理提供证据支持。方法测定24例糖尿病合并感染病人和32例糖尿病病人血清中维生素A、维生素C、维生素E的含量及血清免疫球蛋白(IgG、IgA、IgM)。结果糖尿病合并感染组血清IgG的含量显著低于单纯糖尿病组(t=2.168,P<0.05)。糖尿病合并感染组血清中维生素A、维生素C、维生素E的含量均显著低于单纯性糖尿病组(t=3.046、t=5.094、t=9.979,P<0.05、P<0.05、P<0.05)。血清中维生素A、维生素C、维生素E水平与血清IgG水平呈正相关(r=0.516,P=0.001;r=0.365,P=0.027;r=0.412,P=0.014)。血清中维生素A、维生素C、维生素E水平与血清IgA、IgM水平均无显著的相关关系(P>0.05)。结论2型糖尿病伴感染患者体内维生素A、维生素C和维生素E及IgG的水平较低。因此,在临床护理过程中护理人员应预防感染、重视维生素强化饮食。

Analysis of serum vitamin and immune levels and clinical nursing research for type II diabetes patients complicated infection

Objective To investigate the changes of fluid immunity and level of blood vitamin for type II diabetic mellitus patients complicated infections,and to provide evidence for support clinical nursing. Method The levels of serum vitamin A,vitamin C,vitamin E and immunoglobulin（IgG,IgA,IgM） for 24 diabetic mellitus patients complicated infection and 32 diabetic mellitus patients was measured and analyzed. Result The serum level of vitamin A,vitamin C and vitamin E for diabetic mellitus patients complicated infections were markedly lower than that of diabetic mellitus patients.（t=3.046,5.094,9.979,P〈0.05） The serum level of IgG for diabetic mellitus patients complicated infections were markedly lower than of diabetic mellitus patients（t=2.168,P〈0.05）.There is positive correlation between the serum level of vitamin A,vitamin C,vitamin E and the serum level of IgG（r=0.516,P=0.001,r=0.365,P=0.027,r=0.412,P=0.014）. Conclusion The deficiencies of Vitamin A,vitamin C,vitamin E and the level of plasma IgG are lower in 2 diabetic mellitus patients complicated infections.Infection prevention and providing vitamin enhanced diet should be done in the course of clinical care.
