实施三级阶梯式伤口治疗工作模式的效果评价

目的探讨在临床实施三级阶梯式伤口治疗工作模式的效果,以期提高临床伤口治疗水平。方法选择试点病房,开展分层次的伤口治疗工作,即:一般急性简单伤口由伤口专科护士或者伤口治疗师指导住院医生完成;慢性伤口由伤口治疗师处理;疑难重症伤口、特殊伤口由伤口治疗师与主管上级医师共同处理。采用三级阶梯式的伤口治疗工作模式,并对模式实施前后工作量及满意度进行调查分析。结果经过一年多的临床运行,试点科室已由原来的5个扩大到26个;护士完成伤口护理工作量有了大幅度的增加;医护患对新模式开展的满意度较高。结论实施三级阶梯式伤口治疗新模式,有利于合理地利用临床医疗资源,提高伤口治疗的专科水平,促进临床伤口学科的发展。

Effectiveness evaluation of carrying out three steps of stage working mode of clinical wound treatment

Objective To study the effectiveness of three steps of stage working mode of wound treatment during the clinical working, and to improve the level of wound treatment. Method First select the pilot wards, then carry out the layering working mode. That mean the simple common acute wound can be treated by the wound nurses or residents guided by the wound therapists; the chronic wound can be treated by the wound therapists; the wounds which are serious, difficult and special can be treated by the wound therapists together with the patients＂ attending doctor. Finally, after carrying out the three staged working mode of wound treatment, survey and compare the a- mount of work and degree of satisfaction before and after the mode. Result After one year of clinical running of this working mode, the pilot wards have been increased from 5 to 26; the amount of wound treatment work accomplished by nurses are increased a lot; meanwhile, the satisfaction degree of doctors, nurses and patients are all improved. Conclusion Carrying out the level three staged working mode of wound treatment is good for using the clinical re sources legitimately, improving the level of wound treatment and promoting the development of wound discipline.
