| 摘 要： | 目的总结13例因椎体病理性骨折行编织袋椎体后凸成形术患者的护理经验。方法做好围手术期术前准备、术后病情观察和护理、抗骨质疏松综合护理以及指导患者康复锻炼。结果本组患者均顺利度过围手术期,术后48h内自行下地负重行走,日常生活质量明显改善,无护理并发症发生。结论围术期积极有效的护理干预,能使患者更好地配合治疗,提高患者的生活质量。

| Abstract: | Objective To summarizes the nursing experiences of 13 patients with vertebral compression fractures treated by bags kyphoplasty. Method Peri-operative nursing were preoperative preparation,closed observation and management of disease process,comprehensive anti-osteoporosis nursing and strengthening exercises guidance was conducted for patients. Result All the patients tolerated the operation well and walked by themselves in 48 hours after the operation,There was a great improvement in their daily lives and no nursing complications occurred. Conclusion The improvement of quality of life and cooperation for treatment among patients can be improved by effective nursing intervention |
