| 摘 要： | 肌酸激酶同工酶CK-MM和CK-BB单克隆抗体杂交瘤细胞系的建立与特异性分析表明,经PAP-McAb-PAP检测系统和ELISA筛选的特异性抗体,经4次克隆后,共获得3株稳定分泌抗CK-MM,2株抗CK-BB特异性抗体,其中CK-MM-McAb与CK-MM,CK-BB呈特异性反应,效价可达10~(-9),而与CK-BB,Alb,Mb无交叉反应;CK-BB-McAb与CK-BB,CK-MB呈特异性反应,H_8的效价为10~(-10),而且与CK-MM,Alb,Mb无交叉反应。

| Abstract: | Establishment and specific analysis of the hybridoma cell lincs sccreting monoclonal antibodics against creatine kinase isoenzyme of human muscle (MM) and brain (BB) are rcportcd in this paper as follows. The results of research indicate that clone screening of specific antibodies by the PAP-McAb-PAP detecting system and ELISA, after four clonings, obtained stability secreting specific antibody against CK-MM and CK-BB The titers of CK-MM-McAb in the hybridoma ascites detected were 10~9, there was no cross-reactivity with CK-BB,Alb, Mb antigens; the titers of CK-BB-McAb were 10~(10), and there was no cross reactivity with CK-MM,Alb, Mb antigens. |
