深圳市婚前医学检查情况分析

目的:阐述婚前医学检查的重要性, 呼吁未婚青年重视婚前医学检查。方法: 对全市7家婚检单位电脑联网终端数据库的资料进行统计分析。结果: 男性初婚平均年龄28岁, 女性初婚平均年龄25岁, 涉外婚姻双方的年龄差距大于国内婚姻双方的年龄差距; 男性离异的占11. 3%, 女性离异的占7. 4%; 初婚有人流史者占14. 97%, 再婚有人流史者占12. 5%; 有遗传病家族史74人, 有家族近亲婚配史18人。在男性疾病/异常情况检出中, 发生率最高的前5位分别为乙肝表面抗原阳性(9. 8% ), 转氨酶升高(7. 8% ), 地贫筛查异常(4 .6% ), 贫血(3 .7% ), 肝炎(2 .4% )。在女性疾病/异常情况检出中, 发生率最高的前5位分别为生殖系统疾病(9 .5% ), 贫血(9 .4% ), 乙肝表面抗原阳性(7. 8% ), 地贫筛查异常(3. 0% ), 转氨酶升高(1. 89% )。结论: 婚前保健对降低出生人口缺陷、提高出生人口素质具有重要的意义。

Analysis on premarital medical examination in Shenzhen

Objective:By expatiating the importance of premarital medical examination to call on the premarital couples to pay more attention to it.Methods:Data in internet databases of 7 units were analyzed.Results:The average age of first marriage in males and females was 28- and 25-year old respectively. The age gaps in marriages concerning foreign nationals were higher than that in domestic marriages. Divorce in males and females accounted for 11.3% and 7.4% respectively. The first marriage and remarriage females with induced abortion accounted for 14.97% and 12.5% respectively. There were 74 cases with family history of inherited diseases and 18 cases with intermarriage family history. Of detective rate of diseases/abnormity in males, the highest diseases in turn were HbsAg positive (9.8%), elevated ALT (7.8%), carriers of thalassanemia (4.6%), anemia (3.7%) and hepatitis (2.4%). Of detective rate of diseases/abnormity in females, the highest diseases in turn were reproductive diseases (9.5%), anemia (9.4%), HbsAg positive (7.8%), carriers of thalassanemia (3.0%) and elevated ALT (1.89%). Conclusion:Premarital medical examination should play the important role in reduction of defects of birth population and improvement of population quality.
