13C尿素呼气试验诊断小儿幽门螺杆菌感染

目的 评价临床各种诊断幽门螺杆菌（HP）感染的方法、手段的可靠性与参照性。方法 对2000例具有消化道症状的患儿进行^13C尿素啦气试验，并与胃镜下胃粘膜改变、胃粘膜尿素酶试验、组织学检查及Giemsa染色、血HP-IgG相对照。结果 经统计学处理，^13C尿素呼气试验与胃粘膜快速尿素酶试验、组织学检查均无显著性差异。与特异性抗体检测有显著性差异，与胃镜下胃粘膜病变的检出有非常显著性差异。结论 ^13C尿素呼气试验在诊断小儿HP感染中具有安全性及可靠性。胃粘膜快速尿素酶试验、组织学检查与^13C尿素呼气试验具有可比性。

Diagnosing children HP infection by 13C urea breathing test

Objective To evaluate the reliability and reference of diagnosing method in HP infection.Methods 13 C urea breathing test was undertaken in 200 children with digestive tract symptoms and compared with gastric mucosa pathological changes under endoscope,gastric mucosa urea ferment test,histologic test and blood HP IgG.Results 13 C urea breathing test,gastric mucosa urea ferment test and histologic test were not significantly different ( P >0.05). 13 C urea breathing test and blood HP IgG were significantly different ( P <0.05). 13 C urea breathing test and gastric mucosa pathological changes under endoscope were more significantly different ( P < 0.01). Conclusions 13 C urea breathing test is safe and reliable in diagnosing children HP infection.It can be compared with gastric mucosa urea ferment test and histologic test.
