| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨一种能在较短时间内灭活ＨＢＶ的消毒方法。方法：采用不同浓度的戊二醛擦拭消毒已污染ＨＢｓＡｇ阳性血清的口腔专科常用诊疗器械，用ＥＬＩＳＡ法检测ＨＢｓＡｇ。结果：用２０～３０ｍｌ／Ｌ戊二醛消毒剂擦拭消毒１遍已污染ＨＢｓＡｇ的口腔器械，ＨＢｓＡｇ的灭活率为８％，而采用擦拭消毒３遍的方法，ＨＢｓＡｇ的灭活率为９２％～１００％。结论：选用较高浓度的戊二醛消毒剂擦拭消毒３遍，可以达到灭活ＨＢｓＡｇ的目的。

| Abstract: | Aim: To evaluate a sterilizing method to eliminate alive HBV in short time. Methods: Dental instruments contaminated with HBsAg positive-serum were scrubbed with different concentrations of glutaraldehyde solution. HBsAg was detected by ELISA method. Results: The concentrations of glutaraldehyde solution were from 2% to 3%. The eliminating rate of HBsAg was 8% when the contaminated instruments were scrubbed one time, the rate was 920% when scrubbed three times. Conclusions: The alive HBsAg on the instruments could be eliminated by using higher concentration of glutaraldehyde disinfectant and scrubbing three times. |
