彩色多普勒诊断视网膜脱离的价值

目的评价彩色多普勒用于诊断视网膜脱离的价值。方法选择眼科检查证实的视网膜脱离60例患者,66只眼进行彩色多普勒检查。经手术判定和验证彩色多普勒检查结果的准确性。结果超声图像显示,视网膜中央动脉的彩色血流信号自视乳头处呈“分支状”向脱离的光带上延伸,并随心动周期闪烁。脉冲多普勒测波形与视网膜中央动脉波形相似,而玻璃体内非视网膜脱离的异常光带上测不到血流信号。诊断符合率为93.93%(62/66),漏诊率为8.06%(5/66)。结论彩色多普勒用于视网膜脱离的诊断准确率高,可为临床提供有效的诊断依据,有利于判断预后。

The value of color Doppler ultrasound in diagnosis of retinal detachment

Objective To evaluate the value of color Doppler ultrasound in diagnosis of retinal detachment.Methods 60 patients(66 eyes) proven with retinal detachment by the ophthalmic exam were screened with color Doppler ultrasound.The accuracy of the color Doppler exam was confirmed by surgical findings. Results The ultrasonic images demonstrated that the colorful blood signal in the central artery of the retina was from the optic papilla with the "branch form" extended upward to the detached light-strip.This signal is consistently flicked with the heart's beating rhythm.The shape of pulsing wave is the same as the normal shape in the central artery of the retina,but it cannot be measured the blood signal on abnormal light-strip of non-retina detachment in vitreous body.The accuracy of diagnosis is 93.93%(62/66);the rate of misdiagnosis is 8.06%(5/66).Conclusion It has high accuracy for color Doppler ultrasound in diagnosis of retinal detachment and so can be helpful for predicting prognosis.
