山东省城镇主要蚊虫对杀虫剂抗药性现状

摘    要:山东省城镇主要蚊种淡色库蚊对DDT、DDVP、马拉硫磷、溴氰菊酯和氯菊酯抗药性调查结果表明:淡色库蚊幼虫对所测试的上述5种杀虫剂均产生了不同程度的抗药性,其抗性指数分别为1.58~28.45、4,87~24.92、2.91~5.51、9.94~44.21和2.98~12.99。白纹伊蚊和三带喙库蚊对所测试的上述杀虫剂抗性程度较低。蚊虫对不同药物的抗性在地区之间有明显差异。

Abstract:The resistance of mosquitoes to 5 kinds of chemical insecticides was detected insome counties and cities of Shandong province in 1992-1993.The results showed that Cx. pipienspallens developed certain level of resistance to DDT,DDVP,malathion,permethrin anddeltamethrin,with the resistance index being 1.58-28.45,4.87-24.92,2.91-5.51,2.98-12.99 and 9.94-44.21 respectively. While Ae. albopictus and Cx. tritaeniorh ynchus reserved low re-sistance. There was remarkable difference in the resistance level among different areas.
