恶性肿瘤合并下肢深静脉血栓形成的介入治疗

目的:研究在恶性肿瘤合并下肢深静脉血栓患者中置入下腔静脉滤器预防肺栓塞的价值及实行导管溶栓的效果。方法:回顾性分析2003年6月至2007年4月,我院经病理学或细胞学确诊为恶性肿瘤,并于治疗期间出现下肢深静脉血栓的20例患者,进行下腔静脉滤器置入术后肺栓塞的发生情况,所有病例进行全身溶栓治疗,其中12例保留导管溶栓治疗。结果:下腔静脉滤器全部置入成功,溶栓治疗有效。随访1个月～24个月,滤器无移位,无肺栓塞发生。结论:对恶性肿瘤合并血栓栓塞性疾病的患者放置下腔静脉滤器可较好地预防肺栓塞发生。

Inferior Vena Cava Filter Placement for Prevention of Pulmonary Embolism in Malignant Disease Patients with Deep Venous Thrombosis

Objective To study the effectiveness and safety of inserting an inferior vena cava filter to prevent the pulmonary embolism(PE) and practising catheter thrombolysis.Methods Inferior vena cava(IVC) filter were placed in 20 patients with malignant tumor and deep venous thrombosis(DVT) from 2003.06 to 2007.04,and 12 patients with practicing catheter thrombolysis.Malignancy was confirmed by pathological or cellular biological examination in all cases.Results The filters implanting was successful in all cases,and thrombolysis achieved satisfactory effect.No serious pulmonary embolism occurred during the follow-up periods.Conclusion IVC filter placement in patients with venous thromboembolism and malignant disease as a safe and effective prophylactic method.
