Determination of Rubicin in Mongolian Medicine Sanhong Decoction |

Abstract: | Objective To establish an HPLC method for the determination of Rubicin in Mongolian medicine Sanhong decoction.Methods The chromatographic column was kromil C18(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),the mobile phase was methanol-water-tetrahydrofuran(77:22:1),the detection wavelength was 390 nm,the flow rate was 1.0 ml/min,and the column temperature was 35℃.Results The linear range of Rubicin was 166.64μg~2499.6μg(r=0.9999).The average recovery was 100.34%.Conclusion The method is simple,sensitive,accurate and reproducible,and can be used for the determination of Rubicin in Mongolian medicine Sanhong decoction. |
