Diagnostic Value of MRI Combined with Ultrasonography in Scar Pregnancy After Cesarean Section

Objective:To study the MRI and ultrasound imaging of scar pregnancy after cesarean.The diagnostic value of Gender-based crimes(CSP).Methods:a total of 43 pregnant women with suspected uterine scar after cesarean section in our hospital from June 2018 to May 2020 were selected as study subjects.Vaginal color ultrasound(included in group A),MRI(included in group B)and combined examination(included in the experimental group)were performed on the patients,respectively.The diagnostic value of the three examination schemes for CSP was compared and analyzed.Results:The sensitivity,specificity and accuracy of CSP in group A were 94.9%(37/39),50.0%(2/4)and 90.7%(39/43)respectively.The sensitivity,specificity and accuracy of CSP in group B were 89.7%(35/39),25.0%(2/4)and 83.7%(36/43).The sensitivity,specificity and accuracy of CSP in the experimental group were 97.5%(39/40),66.7%(2/3)and 95.3%(41/43).Conclusion:The sensitivity,specificity and accuracy of combined diagnosis are higher than that of vaginal color ultrasound and MRI alone.The combined diagnosis of CSP with vaginal color ultrasound and MRI has a high clinical application value.
