大学生睡眠时长和时型与非稳态负荷关联研究

摘    要:目的 描述大学生睡眠时长和时型与非稳态负荷(allostatic load,AL)流行现状,并探讨睡眠时长和时型与AL的关联强度,为大学生健康促进提供参考依据。方法 采用横断面调查设计,于2019年4—5月在安徽省和江西省2所高校开展问卷调查和体质检查,共纳入729名问卷有效及生物标志物完整的大学生。使用自评问卷和《清晨型与夜晚型量表—5项》进行调查,根据生化检查、血压和人体形态学测量结果评定大学生AL水平。使用〖XC小五号.EPS;P〗检验比较不同人口统计学特征及睡眠时长和时型分组间大学生AL水平,采用二分类logistic回归模型分析睡眠时长和时型与AL水平的关联。结果 大学生睡眠不足检出率为56.2%,清晨型、中间型和夜晚型时型检出率分别为15.1%、74.2%和10.7%,AL高水平的检出率为52.0%。二分类logistic回归模型结果显示,大学生AL水平与睡眠不足(OR=1.63,95%CI=1.21~2.20)和夜晚型(OR=2.01,95%CI=1.11~3.66)均成正性关联。结论 大学生睡眠时长和时型与AL之间存在显著关联,需要进一步纵向研究阐明大学生睡眠时长和时型与AL的因果关联。

Abstract:To describe the prevalence of sleep duration and sleep patterns and allostatic load ( AL) among collegestudents,and to discuss the relationship between sleep duration and sleep patterns and AL,so as to provide reference for healthpromotion of college students. Methods Based on the cross - sectional survey design,a questionnaire survey and physicalexamination were conducted in 2 universities in Anhui and Jiangxi provinces from April to May 2019. A total of 729 collegestudents with valid questionnaires and complete biomarkers were enrolled. Using the self - rated questionnaire and morning andevening questionnaire - 5. The AL level of college students was assessed according to the results of physical examination. Chi- square test was used to examine the differences between sleep duration and sleep patterns and AL among college students withdifferent demographic characteristics. The binary logistic regression model was used to analyze the relationships between sleepduration and sleep patterns and AL. Results The detection rates of sleep deprivation were 56. 2% . The detection rates ofmorning type,intermediate and evening type were 15. 1% ,74. 2% and 10. 7% ,respectively. The high detection rate of ALwas 52. 0%. The results of binary logistic regression model showed that AL was positively correlated with sleep deprivation ( OR= 1. 63,95% CI = 1. 21 - 2. 20) and evening type ( OR = 2. 01,95% CI = 1. 11 - 3. 66) . Conclusion There is a significantassociation between sleep duration and sleep patterns and AL. Further longitudinal studies are needed to clarify the causalrelationship between sleep duration and sleep patterns and AL.
