新疆某地州少数民族老年人失能程度与疾病家庭负担关系

目的 探讨家庭抗逆力在老年人失能程度与疾病家庭负担间的作用机制。方法 应用日常生活活动能力量表、疾病家庭负担量表及家庭抗逆力评估量表对431名新疆维吾尔族及哈萨克族失能老年人、居家照护者、家庭核心人物进行问卷调查，回归分析检验家庭抗逆力及其7个维度在老年人失能程度与疾病家庭负担间的效应关系。结果 家庭抗逆力在老年人失能程度与疾病家庭负担间中介效应显著（P＜0.05），中介效应占总效应的50.70%，其中“家庭沟通与问题解决”维度中介效应最大，占总效应的53.27%。结论 新疆少数民族居家失能老年人家庭抗逆力在老年人失能程度与疾病家庭负担之间起部分中介效应，提示相关部门在减轻失能老年人疾病家庭负担策略中，除财政支持，还应考虑通过协调家庭内部关系提高其家庭抗逆力，以期减轻照护失能老年人所带来的家庭负担。

Relationship between disability degree and family burden of elderly in a prefecture of Xinjiang

Abstract: Objective To investigate the mechanism of family resilience between disability and family burden of disease in the elderly. Methods A total of 431 Uygur and Kazakh disabled elderly people, home caregivers and family core figures were surveyed with the use of activities of daily living scale, family burden scale and family resilience assessment scale. Regression analysis was used to examine the effect of family resilience and its seven dimensions on disability and family burden of disease in the elderly. Results The mediating effect of family resilience was significant (P<0.05) between disability degree and family burden of disease, and the mediating effect accounted for 50.70% of the total effect. The mediating effect of "family communication and problem solving" dimension was the strongest, accounting for 53.27%. Conclusion The family resilience of the disabled elderly in Xinjiang plays a partial mediating effect between the degree of disability and the family burden of disease. It suggests that in addition to financial support, the relevant departments should also consider improving the family resilience by coordinating the internal relationship of the family, so as to reduce the family burden of caring for the disabled elderly.
