基于大型人群队列的膳食研究进展

慢性非传染性疾病（non - communicable diseases, NCDs）病因复杂、病程长、治愈难、预后差，已成为亟需解决的重大疾病类型。大型自然人群队列因其可以纳入足够多的样本、随访足够长的时间，已成为探究慢性非传染性疾病复杂病因的必要发展趋势。在慢性病众多暴露因素中，膳食因素对人群影响重大且可采取有力措施进行干预，已成为每个大型队列研究的必要探究内容。众多大型自然人群队列研究区域和人群不同，膳食相关研究结论各异。本文对国内外大型队列膳食研究进展进行综述，了解不同大型队列中膳食研究的现状及发展趋势，并在此基础上进一步探讨可能的研究方向。

Progress of dietary researches based on mega cohort studies

Non-communicable diseases(NCDs) have become a major disease type which needs to be solved urgently because of complex etiologies, long courses of diseases, difficult cures and poor prognoses. Mega cohort study has become a necessary trend to explore the complex etiologies of NCDs because it contains large enough sample and long enough follow-up. Dietary factors have become indispensable part every mega cohort study for they exert massive influence on the population and can be modified through interventions. The variations in study area and population among these mega cohorts lead to varied research findings. This paper reviews the progress of dietary research in mega cohorts at home and abroad to understand the current status and trends of dietary research and to further explore possible research directions.
