Small sample data analysis of medical service quality based on parallel analysis method

To analyze and summarize the quality of medical service in different cities and prefectures in SichuanProvince, and to provide scientific basis for formulating corresponding policies to promote sustainable development. MethodsThe evaluation index system was composed of work intensity index, work efficiency index and medical cost index throughliterature analysis. Evaluation was performed using parallel analysis method based on self-help method (Bootstrap) sampling.Results The top three were A1, A4, A10 prefectures according to the comprehensive evaluation function of principalcomponents after ranking the 21 prefectures. The evaluation results were basically consistent with the actual situation inSichuan province. Conclusion The traditional factor analysis method has serious estimation skewness problems, and theparallel analysis method based on Bootstrap sampling idea can correct this deviation. The research results provide new insightand method for comprehensive evaluation of medical service quality.
