Application of Transvaginal Ultrasound in the Diagnosis of Threatened Abortion in Early Pregnancy

Objective:To investigate the application of transvaginal ultrasound in the diagnosis of threatened abortion in early pregnancy..Methods:60 pregnant women admitted to our hospital from October 2017 to October 2019 were selected,among which 30 were healthy pregnant women with normal physical examination,set as the control group,and 30 were pregnant women with threatened abortion during early pregnancy,set as the research group.The pregnancy status of the two groups was compared..Results:There were more pregnancies without intrauterine hemorrhage in the study group than intrauterine hemorrhage,but there was no statistically significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).In the study group,the amount of blood loss<1 ml,the implantation position of the pregnancy capsule was normal,and the number of the pregnancy capsule in the middle of the uterine cavity was large,which was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Transvaginal ultrasound can be used to accurately judge the status of threatened abortion in early pregnancy,so as to evaluate the prognosis.
