安徽省12~15岁儿童恒牙患龋状况分析

目的 了解安徽省12~15岁儿童恒牙的患龋状况，为龋病防控工作提供科学依据。方法 采用多阶段整群抽样的方法随机抽取安徽省在校24235名12~15岁儿童，对其进行口腔检查和问卷调查，对不同特征儿童患龋状况进行统计分析。结果 2019年12~15岁儿童恒牙的患龋率为37.83%，龋均为1.15SymbolqB@1.96，龋失率和龋补率分别为2.30%和4.88%。患龋率、龋失率和龋补率均随着年龄的增加呈递增趋势（x2趋势值分别为22.759，50.586，79.344，P趋势值均<0.05）。不同特征儿童患龋情况分析显示:患龋率女生高于男生，县郊高于城区，非核心家庭儿童患龋率高于核心家庭，差异均有统计学意义（x2值分别为235.162，168.139，21.815，P值均<0.05）；摄入甜食和含糖饮料频率不同儿童的患龋率差异有统计学意义（x2值分别为61.420和11.665，P值均<0.05）；而不同刷牙习惯间患龋率差异无统计学意义（x2=0.162，PSymbol~@@0.05）。结论 安徽省12~15岁儿童恒牙患龋率处中等水平，相关部门应重视学生龋病防治工作，采取综合性防龋措施，重点关注郊县、非核心家庭儿童口腔健康，降低患龋率，提高口腔健康水平。

Caries status of permanent teeth in children aged 12 to 15 years old,Anhui

Objective To understand the prevalence and influencing factors of permanent teeth caries among children aged 12-15 years in Anhui province,and to provide basis for prevention and control of caries. Methods A total of 24 235 children aged 12-15 in Anhui Province were selected by the methods of stratified cluster sampling,oral health examinations and questionnaires were conducted to analyze the caries status of children with different characteristics. Results The caries rate of permanent teeth was 37. 83%,and the average caries was 1. 15 ±1. 96 among children aged 12-15 years.
