闽东地区幼儿情绪和行为问题状况及影响因素分析

目的 了解闽东地区幼儿情绪与行为问题状况及其影响因素，为及早干预与介入提供依据。方法 采用整群抽样的方法，随机抽取闽东4地8所幼儿园896名幼儿，使用长处和困难问卷(SDQ)( 家长版)对幼儿进行情绪及行为问题评定。结果 闽东地区3~6岁幼儿的情绪与行为异常总检出率为10.27%，其中情绪问题、品行问题、多动/注意缺陷、同伴关系及亲社会行为异常检出率分别为10.16%、11.61%、13.95%、17.97%及9.82%；女童情绪问题检出率高于男童（x2=11.983，P<0.01），男童多动/注意缺陷检出率（x2=5.889，P<0.05）及亲社会行为检出率（x2=4.035，P<0.05）高于女童；夫妻关系、教养态度是幼儿情绪行为异常的影响因素。结论 闽东当地幼儿的情绪和行为问题不容忽视，应重视早期发现，对不同群体开展针对性干预。

Study on the children’s emotional and behavioral problems and influencing factors in the eastern of Fujian

Objective To survey the situation and influencing factors of children’s emotional and behavioral problems in the eastern of Fujian,as a basis for early intervention and intervention. Methods A total of 896 children from 8 kindergartens in4 counties were selected by random cluster sampling,and their parents filled in the strengths and difficulties questionnaire( SDQ)( parent version) to assess their emotional and behavioral problems. Results The total detection rate of children aged3-6 with emotional and behavioral abnormality in eastern Fujian was 10. 27%,among which the detection rates of emotional problems,conduct problems,hyperactivity/attention deficit,peer relationship and prosocial behavior abnormalities were10. 16%,11. 61%,13. 95%,17. 97% and 9. 82%,respectively.
