河南省2011—2018年卫生人力资源配置时空差异分析

摘    要:目的 分析河南省2011—2018年卫生人力资源配置的时空差异,促进卫生人力资源的优化配置。方法 通过河南省统计年鉴和卫生统计年鉴收集河南省2011—2018年人口资料和各项卫生人力资料,采用集聚度方法测量卫生人力资源配置的地区差异,采用探索性空间数据分析方法分析卫生人力资源的空间分布及演变态势。结果 2011—2018年河南省卫生人力资源总体HRAD接近于1,但总量仍然不足,不同经济水平地区间差异较大。各项Moran’s I指数均大于0,热点区域位于豫中地区,冷点区域位于豫南地区。结论 2011年以来河南省卫生人力资源配置逐渐优化,空间集聚性下降,但不同经济水平地区间差异较大,建议强化政府主导责任,综合多种因素配置卫生人力资源,缩小地区差异,促进区域协调发展。

Abstract:To analyze the spatial and temporal differences of health human resources allocation in Henan Province from 2011 to 2018, and promote the optimal allocation of health human resources. Methods The population data and various health manpower data of Henan Province from 2011 to 2018 were collected through Henan Statistical Yearbook and Health Statistical Yearbook. The agglomeration degree method was used to measure the regional differences in the allocation of health human resources. The exploratory spatial data analysis method was used to analyze the spatial distribution and evolution of health manpower resources. Results From 2011 to 2018, the overall HRAD of health human resources in Henan Province was close to 1, but the total amount was still insufficient, and there was great difference among regions with different economic levels. All Moran’s I indexes were greater than 0. The hot spot area was located in central Henan, and the cold spot area was located in southern Henan. Conclusion Since 2011, the allocation of health human resources in Henan Province has been gradually optimized, and the spatial agglomeration has decreased, but there are great differences among regions with different economic levels. It is suggested to strengthen the government-led responsibility, integrate various factors to allocate health human resources, reduce regional differences, and promote coordinated regional development.
