摘    要:目的 通过对四川省病案专职编码员配置情况进行现状分析,以优化病案编码人才队伍建设,促病案专业高质量发展,为病案首页数据利用奠定基础。方法 对四川省二级及以上医院病案科(室)进行问卷调查,获得2019年1月1日—2019年12月31日医院病案科(室)和专职编码员基本情况等内容。结果 共调查1 279名病案专职编码员,平均每家医院配备2.14名专职编码员;其中医学相关专业占77.95%,大专及以下学历占比最高(52.39%),人均每月负担出院患者病历数698.26份。结论 四川省目前病案专职编码员配备不足,病案专职编码员的学历偏低,不同医院间专职编码员的工作负荷差距较大,领导部门应加强对编码的重视程度,并重视人才队伍建设,逐步减轻编码员的工作量。

Abstract:e To analyze the current situation of full-time medical record coders in Sichuan Province, in order tooptimize the construction of the medical record coding talent team, promote the high -quality development of the medicalrecord profession, and lay the foundation for the use of the front page of medical records data. Methods A questionnairesurvey was conducted to obtain the basic information of hospital case departments (rooms) and full-time coders from January1, 2019 to December 31, 2019 in secondary and above hospitals in Sichuan Province. Results A total of 1 279 full-timecoders of medical cases were surveyed, with an average of 2.14 full-time coders per hospital. Among them, 77.95% weremedical-related majors and the highest percentage (52.39%) were with college education or below, with a monthly per capitaburden of 698.26 medical records of discharged patients. Conclusion At present, the full-time coders for medical cases inSichuan Province are inadequately equipped, the education of full-time coders for medical cases is low, and the workload offull-time coders varies widely among different hospitals. The competent authority should strengthen the importance of codingand pay attention to train talent team and gradually reduce the workload of coders.
