Imaging Manifestations and Pathological Study of Inflammatory Myofibroblastoma

Objective:To analyze the imaging manifestations and pathological studies of inflammatory myofibroblastoma.Methods:Retrospective analysis of CT,MRI and pathological findings of 10 patients with inflammatory myofibroblastoma who were surgically treated in our hospital from January 2013 to January 2020.Results:Of the 10 patients,2 cases were in the stomach,2 cases were in the lungs,1 case was the abdominal cavity,1 case was the soft tissue of the thigh,2 cases were the mesentery,1 case was the ureter,1 case was the lesion abdomen.8 cases were single lesions,2 cases were multiple lesions,of which 3 cases became cystic and solid due to stickiness,and only one patient had calcification in the other 7 cases.Conclusion:Inflammatory myofibroblastoma is a rare tumor in clinical practice.Imaging diagnosis can help clinicians locate the patient’s lesion and observe the patient’s disease development.However,pathological examination is still needed for further diagnosis.
