Abstract:Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect and clinical application value of combined nutritional intervention on nonalcoholic fatty liver cirrhosis based on probiotics the effects of enteral nutrition.Methods A total of 80 patients with nonalcoholic fatty liver cirrhosis who were admitted to The Affiliated Hospital of Southwest Medical University from January 2018 to January 2020 were analyzed,they were divided into control group and intervention group with 40 cases each.Among them,40 cases in the control group were given conventional treatment,and 40 cases in the intervention group were given enteral nutrition combined with probiotics on the basis of conventional treatment.The two groups were compared in terms of the liver function indexes such as aspartate aminotransferase(AST),alanine aminotransferase(ALT),total bilirubin(TBiL)and direct bilirubin(DBiL),nutrition index such as serum total protein(TP),albumin(ALB)and transferrin(TF),coagulation function indicators such as prothrombin time(PT)and activated partial thrombin time(APTT)and inflammation indicators C-reactive protein(CRP),interleukin-6(IL-6),interleukin-10(IL-10)andα-Tumor necrosis factor(TNF-α),oxidative stress indicators superoxide dismutase(SOD),glutathione peroxidase(GSH-Px),malondialdehyde(MDA),liver fibrosis indicators hyaluronic acid(HA),typeⅢprocollagen(PC-Ⅲ),laminin(LN),typeⅣcollagen(Ⅳ-C).Results Compared with before treatment,after 4 weeks of treatment,the indexes of liver function and liver fibrosis in both groups were reduced,while the TBiL,DBiL,ALT,AST levels in the intervention group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Compared with before treatment,all nutritional indicators of both groups were improved after 4 weeks of treatment,and TP,ALB and TF levels of the intervention group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Compared with before treatment,coagulation function in both groups improved after 4 weeks of treatment,PT and APTT in the intervention group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After 4 weeks of treatment,SOD GSH-PX level in both groups was higher than that before treatment,MDA level was lower than that before treatment,and the intervention group was better than the control group(P<0.05).Compared with that before treatment,after 4 weeks of treatment,the inflammatory response in both groups was reduced.Serum CRP IL-6 and TNF-in the intervention group were lower than those in the observation group and decreased,and IL-10 was higher than that in the observation group(P<0.05).Conclusion Enteral nutrition combined with probiotics in the treatment of liver fibrosis in non-alcoholic liver disease has a significant clinical effect.It can effectively inhibit liver fibrosis,improve the nutritional status of liver function and blood coagulation function of patients,and play a good regulatory role in the body’s oxidative stress and inflammation,with good safety.
