大剂量维生素C联合磷酸肌酸钠治疗小儿病毒性心肌炎疗效分析

目的 综合分析大剂量维生素C联合磷酸肌酸钠治疗小儿病毒性心肌炎的疗效及对血肌钙蛋白T的影响.方法 选取2015年12月至2016年12月在东营市第二人民医院住院治疗的112例病毒性心肌炎患儿,按照入院顺序随机分为实验组(56例,应用大剂量维生素C联合磷酸肌酸钠治疗)和对照组(56例,应用常规治疗方法).分析实验组和对照组患者的临床治疗总有效率、治疗前后心肌酶(肌酸激酶、肌酸激酶同工酶、乳酸脱氢酶)以及血肌钙蛋白T等指标的变化情况.结果 ①实验组总有效率为96.42%,高于对照组总有效率的78.57%,两组总有效率差异有统计学意义(χ2=19.999,P<0.05);②治疗前两组患者的肌酸激酶、肌酸激酶同工酶、乳酸脱氢酶水平比较差异均无统计学意义(均P>0.05),治疗后实验组患者的肌酸激酶、肌酸激酶同工酶、乳酸脱氢酶水平均显著低于对照组(t值分别为14.154、18.788、16.162,均P<0.05);③治疗前两组患者的血肌钙蛋白T水平比较差异无统计学意义(t=2.226,P>0.05);治疗后实验组患者的血肌钙蛋白T水平显著低于对照组(t=8.858,P<0.05).结论 大剂量维生素C联合磷酸肌酸钠治疗小儿病毒性心肌炎的疗效显著,有效地改善了血肌钙蛋白T水平.

Curative effect of high dose of vitamin C combined with creatine phosphate sodium on viral myocarditis in children

Objective To comprehensively analyze the effect of high dose of vitamin C combined with creatine phosphate sodium on children with viral myocarditis and its effect on serum troponin T.Methods Altogether 112 children patients with viral myocarditis hospitalized in Dongying Second People's Hospital during the period of December 2015 to December 2016 were selected and randomly divided into experimental group (56 cases treated with high dose vitamin C combined with creatine phosphate sodium) and control group (56 cases with conventional treatment).Total effective rate of clinical treatment, changes of myocardial enzymes (creatine kinase, creatine kinase isoenzyme, lactate dehydrogenase) and serum troponin T before and after treatment were analyzed in two groups.Results Total effective rate was 96.42% in the experimental group, which was higher than that (78.57%) in the control group, and the difference between two groups was statistically significant (χ2=19.999, P<0.05).There was no significant difference in creatine kinase, creatine kinase isoenzyme and lactate dehydrogenase between two groups before treatment (all P>0.05).After treatment, levels of creatine kinase, creatine kinase isoenzyme and lactate dehydrogenase in the experimental group were significantly lower than those in the control group (t value was 14.154, 18.788 and 16.162, respectively, all P<0.05).Before treatment, no statistically significant difference was found in serum troponin T between two groups (t=2.226,P>0.05).Level of serum troponin T in the experimental group was significantly lower than that in the control group after treatment (t=8.858,P<0.05).Conclusion High dose of vitamin C combined with creatine phosphate sodium has great efficacy on pediatric viral myocarditis and has effectively improved level of serum troponin T.
