摘    要:目的 探讨临床路径教学法在妇科护理教学中的应用效果.方法 选取2013年7月至2014年6月在我院妇科实习护生120名作为研究对象,按实习先后顺序随机分为对照组和实验组各60名.对照组护生采用传统教学法,实验组护生采用临床路径教学法,两组护生经过4周的临床实践后,比较其理论、操作考核结果及护生对临床带教的满意度.结果 经过4周的临床实践后,实验组护生的出科考核结果及护生对临床带教的满意度较对照组明显提高,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 临床路径教学法是一种规范化、标准化的教学方法,能明显提高临床实践带教质量,值得在临床教学中推广应用.

Abstract:Objective To explore the application effect of clinical pathway in the nursing teaching of gynecology department.Methods Nursing students in department of gynaecology from 2013 to 2014 were selected as the research objects and were divided into the control group and the experimental group according to the order of practice activity,60 cases in each group.The control group adopted traditional teaching while the experimental group adopted the clinical pathway teaching method.After 4 weeks' clinical practice,the results of the theory and operating and nursing students' satisfaction for practical teaching of the two groups were compared.Results After 4 weeks of clinical practice,the examination results and satisfaction for practical teaching of the experimental group were improved significantly than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Clinical pathway teaching method is a kind of standardized teaching method,which can obviously improve the quality of clinical practicing and teaching,and is worth popularizing and applying in clinical teaching.
