以家庭为中心的精细化护理对癫痫患儿用药 依从性及健康状况的影响

目的 探讨以家庭为中心的精细化护理对癫痫患儿用药依从性及健康状况的影响.方法 选取本院收治的癫痫患儿90例作为研究对象,将其按照随机数字表法分为研究组与对照组,各45例,其中对照组采用常规护理,研究组采用以家庭为中心的精细化护理,观察两组患儿用药依从性、主观躯体健康状况以及客观躯体健康状况.结果 研究组患儿用药依从性显著高于对照组(P<0.05);两组患儿干预后躯体功能与自我感觉健康状况均显著高于干预前(P<0.05),且研究组显著高于对照组(P<0.05);两组患儿干预3个月内发作次数、发作持续时间以及脑电图异常患者均较干预前显著减少(P<0.05),且研究组显著少于对照组(P<0.05).结论 以家庭为中心的精细化护理有助于提高癫痫患儿用药依从性,改善患儿健康状况.

Effect of family-centered meticulous nursing care on medication-taking compliance and health status in children with epilepsy

Objective To explore the effect of family-centered meticulous nursing care on medication-taking compliance and health status in children with epilepsy.Methods A total of 90 cases of children with epilepsy treated in our hospital were selected as the research subjects and were randomly divided into study group and control group,45 cases of each group.The control group were given routine nursing,while the study group were given family-centered meticulous nursing care.The medication-taking compliance,subjective physical health status and objective physical health status of children of the two groups were observed.Results The medication-taking compliance of the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group (P<0.05), and the physical function and self perceived health status of the two groups after intervention was significantly higher than that before intervention (P<0.05),which in the study group was significantly higher than that in the control group (P<0.05).The attack frequencies,duration of attack within 3 months and children with abnormal EEG in the two groups after intervention was significantly less than that before intervention (P<0.05), which in the study group was less than that in the control group (P<0.05).Conclusions The family-centered meticulous nursing care is helpful to improve the medication-taking compliance of children with epilepsy and improve the health status.
