血清DJ-1、PTEN与三阴型老年局部晚期乳腺癌临床病理的相关性

目的 研究血清丝裂原依赖性癌基因(DJ-1)与磷酸化肿瘤抑制基因(PTEN)的表达与三阴型老年局部晚期乳腺癌患者临床病理的相关性.方法 选取陕西省核工业215医院在2013年12月至2015年12月期间收治的、符合纳入标准的三阴型老年局部晚期乳腺癌患者100例,作为实验组.同期选择该院乳腺体检正常者100例,作为对照组.所有患者年龄均≥60岁.收集并比较两组血清DJ-1与PTEN水平,分析实验组血清DJ-1与PTEN水平与绝经年龄、肿瘤大小等的关系;分析实验组血清DJ-1与PTEN表达的关系.结果 血清DJ-1检测阳性率比较,实验组(75.00%)高于对照组(7.00%),差异有统计学意义(χ2=95.58,P<0.05),而PTEN阳性率比较,实验组(30.00%)低于对照组(100.00%),差异有统计学意义(χ2=104.64,P<0.05).有淋巴结转移、病理分级为Ⅰ~Ⅱ级、TNM分期为Ⅲ~Ⅳ期及有脉管癌栓者的血清DJ-1阳性表达率较高(χ2值分别为23.13、11.08、22.49、12.57,均P<0.05),而PTEN阳性表达率较低(χ2值分别为15.83、4.45、19.12、4.29,均P<0.05).血清DJ-1与PTEN表达呈负相关关系(r=-0.62,P<0.05).结论 三阴型老年局部晚期乳腺癌患者的血清DJ-1表达阳性率较高,而PTEN表达阳性率较低,两者呈负相关关系.血清DJ-1与PTEN的表达对乳腺癌的远处转移、淋巴转移等临床病理特征均有重要影响.

Correlation between DJ-1 and PTEN expressions and clinical pathology of elderly patients with local advanced triple-negative breast cancer

Objective To explore the correlation between expressions of serum mitogen-dependant oncogene (DJ-1) and phosphorylated tumor suppressor gene (PTEN) and clinical pathology of elderly patients with local advanced triple-negative breast cancer.Methods One hundred cases of senile local advanced triple-negative breast cancer admitted in 215 Hospital of Shaanxi Nuclear Industry from December 2013 to December 2015 and meeting criteria were selected as experimental group.At the same period, 100 cases with normal breast who received breast check in same hospital were selected as control group.All patients were aged 60 years or over.Serum levels of DJ-1 and PTEN in two groups were collected and compared.Relationship between serum DJ-1 and PTEN levels and menopause age as well as tumor size was analyzed in the experimental group, and relationship between serum DJ-1 and PTEN expression was also analyzed in the experimental group.Results Comparison of positive rate of serum DJ-1 showed that positive rate in the experimental group (75.00%) was higher than that in the control group (7.00%) and the difference had statistical significance (χ2=95.58, P<0.05).Comparison of positive rate of PTEN indicated that positive rate in the experimental group (30.00%) was lower than that in the control group (100.00%), and the difference was statistically significant (χ2=104.64, P<0.05).Positive rate of DJ-1 expression was higher in patients with lymph node metastasis, pathological grade of Ⅰ-Ⅱ, TNM stage of Ⅲ-Ⅳ and vascular tumor embolus (χ2 value was 23.13, 11.08, 22.49 and 12.57, respectively, all P<0.05), while positive expression rate of PTEN was lower in above patients (χ2 value was 15.83, 4.45, 19.12 and 4.29, respectively, all P<0.05).Serum DJ-1 was negatively correlated with PTEN expression (r=-0.62, P<0.05).Conclusion Positive rate of DJ-1 expression in elderly patients with local advanced triple-negative breast cancer is high but positive rate of PTEN expression is low, which shows a negative correlation between them.Expressions of DJ-1 and PTEN have important influence on clinical pathological characteristics of breast cancer such as distant metastasis and lymphatic metastasis.
