穴位按摩促进大肠癌术后患者肠功能恢复的效果观察

目的 探讨穴位按摩对大肠癌根治术后患者肠蠕动恢复的影响.方法 将80例大肠癌根治术后的患者随机分为观察组和对照组,对照组给予常规护理,观察组在常规护理的基础上,于术后6h实施足三里、上巨虚和合谷穴交替按摩,比较两组患者肠蠕动的恢复情况.结果 观察组患者术后肠蠕动、肛门排气时间、首次排便时间、术后排便情况及对药物的依赖性与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 穴位按摩能明显缩短大肠癌根治术后患者肠功能恢复时间,且操作简单,值得临床推广应用.

Observation on the effect of the acupuncture point massage to improve the intestinal peristalsis recovery of patients with colorectal cancer radical surgery

Objective To explore the effect of the acupuncture point massage on the intestinal peristalsis re-covery of patients with colorectal cancer radical surgery. Methods A total of 80 cases of patients with colorectal cancer radical surgery were randomly divided into observation group and control group. The control group was given routine nursing care, while the observation group was given the acupuncture point massage on zusanli, shangjuxu and hegu al-ternately 6 hours after operation on the basis of conventional nursing care. The intestinal peristalsis recovery of patients of the two groups were compared. Results The differences in terms of the situation of intestinal peristalsis, anal exhaust time defecation time for the first time, postoperative condition of defecation and reliance on drugs between the two groups was statistically significant ( P<0. 05 ) . Conclusions Acupoint massage can obviously reduce the recovery time of intestinal function of patients with colorectal cancer radical surgery after operation, and meanwhile the operation is simple, so it is worthy of clinical popularization and application.
