快速康复外科理念在食管胃结合部腺癌患者术后护理中的应用

目的 探讨快速康复外科理念在食管胃结合部腺癌患者术后护理中的应用效果.方法 回顾性分析2016年1~6月在本院普外科行根治性全胃切除术的103例食管胃结合部腺癌患者的病例资料,应用统计学方法比较实验组(快速康复外科术后护理,47例)和对照组(常规术后护理,56例)患者的术后恢复过程及早期并发症发生情况.结果 实验组患者术后的首次下床活动时间、首次排气时间、首次排便时间、首次进水时间、首次进食时间及术后住院时间均提前或短于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05).实验组患者的术后早期并发症总发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 快速康复外科术后护理显著促进了食管胃结合部腺癌患者的术后恢复过程,降低了术后早期并发症的发生率.

Application of fast track surgery concept in postoperative nursing care of patients with esophagogastric junctional adenocarcinoma after radical total gastrectomy

Objective To compare the application effect of fast track surgery concept in postoperative nursing care of patients with esophagogastric junctional adenocarcinoma after radical total gastrectomy.Methods A total of 103 hospitalized patients undergoing radical total gastrectomy at Zhongshan Hospital Fudan University from Jan.2016 to Jun.2016 were enrolled in this study and randomly divided into fast track surgery nursing group(47 cases) and control group(56 cases).Results were assessed for association with nursing care and postoperative recovery course and early postoperative complication rate.Results The postoperative first ambulation time,first anal exsufflation/defecation time,first eating time,and postoperative hospitalization time of fast track surgery nursing group were all significantly shorter than those of control group(P<0.05).In addition,the postoperative complication rate in fast track surgery nursing group was also much lower than control group(P=0.045).Conclusions Fast track surgery concept in postoperative nursing care can significantly shorten the recovery time of patients with esophagogastric junctional adenocarcinoma after radical total gastrectomy and reduce the occurrence of early postoperative complications.
