罗伊适应模式对不稳定心绞痛患者生活质量及心理状态的影响

目的 探讨罗伊适应模式对不稳定心绞痛患者生活质量及心理状态的影响.方法 选取该院2015年4月~2016年2月收治的94例不稳定心绞痛患者为研究对象,按随机数字表法分为观察组与对照组,各47例,对照组接受常规护理,观察组在常规护理基础上实施罗伊适应模式护理,对两组患者心理状态及生活质量、适应性等进行观察.结果 两组患者护理前的心理状态评分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),护理后,观察组心理状态评分明显优于对照组(P<0.05);两组患者护理前的适应性差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),观察组护理后适应性结果显示,观察组较差者为19.15%,优异者为31.91%,对照组分别为53.19%、6.38%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组生活质量评估显示,观察组患者护理后SF-36各维度评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 罗伊适应模式可有效改善不稳定心绞痛患者心理状态,提高其适应性及生活质量,对改善预后具有积极作用,值得推广.

Influence of ROY adaptation mode on the living quality and psychological state of unstable angina pectoris patients

Objective To investigate the influence of ROY adaptation mode on the living quality and psychological state of unstable angina pectoris patients Methods A total of 94 unstable angina pectoris patients received in this hospital from April,2015 to February,2016 were selected as the study objects,divided into observation group and control group (47 patients each) according to random number table.Routine nursing was given to control group and ROY adaptation mode of nursing was carried out to observation group based on routine nursing to observe the psychological state,living quality and adaptation of patients in both groups.Results The difference of psychological state score had no statistical significance regarding the patients in both groups before nursing(P>0.05).After nursing, the psychological state score of observation group was obviously superior to control group(P<0.05).The adaptation difference of patients in both groups had no statistical significance before nursing(P>0.05).The adaptation result of observation group showed that the poor one of observation group was 19.15% and the superior one was 31.91%, and 53.19% and 6.38% in control group that the difference had statistical significance(P<0.05).The living quality evaluation of both groups showed that SF-36 dimension score of patients in observation group after nursing was higher than control group,and the difference had statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusions ROY adaptation mode can effectively improve the psychological state of unstable angina pectoris patients,improve their adaptation and living quality,which has a positive role and is worth having popularization.
