腾讯课堂辅助内科护理学实践教学的应用效果

摘    要:目的 探讨腾讯课堂在辅助内科护理学实践教学中的应用效果及学生满意度,为提高网络环境背景下对本科护生实践技能培养提供依据.方法 选取2013级本科生218人为对照组,2014级202人为实验组,实验组采用腾讯课堂辅助进行部分实践教学,对照组仍进行传统教学,课程结束后采用自行设计的量表进行教学效果评价.结果 实验组学生的课堂实践考核成绩高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组学生对教学效果和授课形式的满意度均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 腾讯课堂在内科护理学实践教学中应用效果良好,学生满意度高,可将腾讯课堂作为内科护理学实践教学的辅助方法之一.

Abstract:Objective To discuss about application effect on the practical teaching of assisted medical nursing of Tencent class and student satisfaction, so as to provide the basis for the practical skill and ability cultivation of undergrad-uate student nurses under network environment. Methods A total of 218 undergraduates of the year of 2013 were select-ed as the control group, and 202 undergraduates of the year of 2014 were selected as experimental group. Tencent class was assisted to have a part of practical teaching in experimental group, and traditional teaching was still conducted to con-trol group. After the class was finished, the self-designed scale was used to have teaching effect evaluation. Results The class practice testing result of students in experimental group was higher than it in control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0. 05). The satisfaction of students in experimental group at the teaching effect and teach-ing form was higher than it in control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0. 05). Conclusions The application effect of Tencent class on the practical teaching of medical nursing is fine, and the student satisfaction is high. Tencent class can be used as one of the auxiliary practical teaching methods of medical nursing.
