HC2联合细胞块P16技术在液基细胞诊断中的应用

目的 探讨细胞块免疫组化p16染色联合二代杂交捕获技术检测高危型人乳头瘤病毒在宫颈液基细胞学诊断中的应用价值.方法 选取2015年1月至2016年11月在绍兴市妇幼保健院宫颈液基细胞学初检判读为上皮内病变细胞(NILM)后,取TCT剩余保存液制细胞块行免疫组化p16染色,同时行二代杂交捕获检测的患者156例.结果 156例宫颈TCT初检判读为NILM的患者,HC2检测均为阳性;运用细胞块免疫组化P16检测并复查TCT,宫颈高级别鳞状上皮内病变的检出率为19.23%(30/156).结论 TCT联合运用HC2和细胞块P16技术可以有效地提高宫颈癌及癌前病变筛查的准确性,减少漏诊率.

Application of HC2 combining P16 of cell block in liquid-based cytology diagnosis

Objective To explore the value of immunocytochemistry P16 of cell block combining hybrid capture Ⅱ (HC2) in testing high-risk HPV in cervical liquid-based cytology.Methods Totally 156 cases whose initial cervical cytology interpretation as negative for intraepithelial lesion or malignancy (NILM) were selected.The remains of liquid of TCT were used to make cell block for immunocytochemistrically P16 test.And the cases accepted HC2.Results HC2 were all positive in 156 patients with cervical cytology interpretation as NILM.Detection rate of high-grade squamous intraepithelial lesion was 19.23% (30/156) by immunocytochemistry P16 of cell block and TCT again.Conclusion TCT together with HC2 and immunocytochemistry P16 of liquid-based cytology cell block can effectively enhance the accuracy of cervical cancer and precancerous lesions screening and reduce missed diagnosis rate.
