心理干预联合绝经激素治疗对更年期综合征的疗效

目的 研究心理干预联合绝经激素治疗(MHT)对更年期综合征的疗效.方法 将徐州医科大学附属连云港市东方医院妇产科2016年8月到2017年4月期间的81例更年期综合征患者随机分成两组,观察组进行心理干预联合MHT,对照组采用单纯M HT,比较两组患者的疗效、症状及心理状态.结果 治疗后,观察组及对照组的临床总有效率分别为97.56%和85.00%,观察组明显高于对照组(χ2=4.986,P<0.05).治疗前,两组患者的Kupperman症状评分比较无统计学意义(t=1.107,P>0.05),治疗后两组患者1个月、3个月Kupperman症状评分均较治疗前显著下降(t值分别为3.890、4.112、2.786、3.124,均P<0.05),而治疗后1个月、3个月观察组的Kupperman症状评分均显著低于对照组(t值分别为6.722、8.699,均P<0.05).治疗前,两组患者的SAS和SDS评分比较均无显著性差异(t值分别为0.223、0.304,均P>0.05),两组患者治疗后1个月、3个月SAS和SDS评分均较治疗前显著下降(t=2.774~3.218,均P<0.05),而治疗后1个月、3个月观察组的SAS和SDS评分均显著低于对照组(t值分别为5.924、5.828、2.673、5.214,均P<0.05).结论 心理干预联合MHT治疗更年期综合征具有显著的疗效,有效缓解了临床症状,改善了不良心理状态.

Clinical effect of psychological intervention combined with menopausal hormone therapy for menopausal syndrome

Objective To study the effect of psychological intervention combined with menopausal hormone therapy(M HT)in the treatment of menopausal syndrome.Methods Eighty-one patients with menopausal syndrome,who were admitted in Lianyungang Oriental Hospital Affiliated to Xuzhou Medical University from August 2016 to April 2017,were randomly divided into observation group and control group.The observation group was treated with psychological intervention combined with M HT, while the control group was treated with simple MHT.The clinical efficacy,clinical symptoms and mental state were compared between two groups.Results After treatment,the total clinical efficiency of the observation group and the control group was 97.56% and 85.00%,respectively,and it was significantly higher in the observation group than in the control group(χ2=4.986, P<0.05).There was no significant difference in Kupperman symptom scores between two groups before treatment(t=1.107, P>1.107),but they were significantly decreased at 1 month and 3 months after treatment in both groups(t value was 3.890, 4.112,2.786 and 3.124,respectively,all P<0.05)and they were significantly lower in the observation group than in the control group(t value was 6.722 and 8.699,respectively,both P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in SAS and SDS score between two groups(t value was 0.223 and 0.304,respectively,both P>0.05),but both SAS and SDS scores in two groups were significantly decreased at 1 month and 3 months after treatment(t value ranged 2.774-2.774,all P<0.05).SAS and SDS scores were significantly decreased in the observation group compared with the control group(t value was 5.924,5.828,2.673 and 5.214,respectively,all P<0.05).Conclusion Psychological intervention combined with M HT has remarkable curative effect for menopausal syndrome in improving clinical symptoms and unhealthful mental state.
