高位中药保留灌肠治疗输卵管阻塞性不孕症的疗效观察

目的 观察高位中药保留灌肠治疗输卵管阻塞不孕症的疗效情况.方法 采用方便抽样法选择2014年2至10月在西安交通大学第二附属医院中医科治疗的输卵管阻塞性不孕患者78例,其中对照组38例,观察组40例.对照组采用常规中药保留灌肠治疗,观察组清洁肠道后采用高位中药保留灌肠治疗.观察两组患者药液在肠道内的保留时间和疗效,并应用舒适状况量表评估各组患者治疗时舒适状况.结果 观察组和对照组药液保留时间比较,其中≥6h者,观察组为185例次(66.07%),对照组15例次(5.64%),两组比较差异有统计学意义(Z=-13.286,P=0.001).观察组的总有效率明显高于对照组(Z=-2.418,P<0.05).观察组舒适状况中的生理维度评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=-6.605,P<0.05).结论 临床应用中药高位保留灌肠,药液保留时间长,疗效确切,值得进一步推广及研究.

Observation of effect of retention enema with traditional Chinese drugs in treatment of patients with infertility

Objective To explore the retention time of medicine in intestinal tract,therapeutic effect and comfortable situation of high Chinese medicine retention enema treatment for patients with fallopian tube obstruction infertility.Methods Seventy-eight cases of fallopian tube obstruction infertility were selected and divided into control group(38 patients)and observation group(40 patients). The control group accepted conventional Chinese medicine retention enema treatment,while the observation group obtained high retention enema treatment after intestinal tract was cleaned.The retention time of medicine in intestinal tract and therapeutic effect were observed for two groups,and General Comfort Questionnaire(GCQ)was used to evaluate comfort conditions of each patient. Results There were 185 case-times(66.07%)in the observation group with longer than 6 hours of retention time of medicine in intestinal tract,and there were 15 case-times(5.64%)in the control group.The difference between them was statistically significant(Z=-13.286,P=0.001).Comparison between two groups revealed that the total effective rate of the observation group was much higher than the control group(Z=-2.418,P<0.05).The comfortable conditions of the observation group was superior to that of the confrol group with statistiocal sigificance(t=-6.605,P<0.05).Conclusion Retention enema with Chinese traditional medicine obtains longer time and the efficacy is exact,so it is worthy of further promotion and research.
