品管圈在精神科保护性约束管理中的应用

目的：探讨品管圈在改善精神科保护性约束护理质量中的应用效果。方法将品管圈活动应用于精神科保护性约束质量管理中，选择对照组及品管组患者各60例，比较两组患者首次约束持续时间、约束依从性、约束不良事件发生率、约束患者基础护理合格率、护士保护性约束技术操作合格率和约束患者及家属满意度。结果品管组患者的首次约束持续时间与约束不良事件发生率显著低于对照组，约束患者依从性、基础护理合格率及患者、家属满意度明显高于对照组，品管后护士保护性约束技术操作合格率明显高于品管活动前(P<0.05)。结论品管圈在精神科保护性约束管理中的实施能有效提高保护性约束护理质量。

Research of application of quality control circles for the protective constraint man-agement on psychiatric patients

Objective To explore the efficacy of quality control circles for the protective constraint management on psychiatric patients. Methods The quality control circles was applied to the management of protective constraint on psychiatric patients. 120 hospitalized patients were assigned into our study and divided into the control group and the quali-ty control group, 60 cases in each group. The first constraints duration, compliance constraints, constraints incidence of adverse events, the passing rate of constraint-based care of patients, the passing rate of protective technical operations, the satisfaction of patients and their families of the two groups were compared. Results The duration time of the first con-straints and constraints incidence of adverse events of the quality control group was significantly lower than that of the con-trol group, but the constraints compliance, the passing rate of constraint-based care of patients, the satisfaction of their families were significantly higher. There was significant difference in terms of the passing rate of protective technical opera-tions before and after quality control ( P<0. 05 ) . Conclusions Quality control circles can effectively improve the management of protective constraint on psychiatric patients.
