信息护理IIFAR方案在PICC置管患者中的应用

目的 探讨信息护理IIFAR方案在PICC置管患者中的应用效果.方法 将100例PICC置管患者随机分为观察组和对照组各50例,对照组采用常规健康教育,观察组在此基础上采用IIFAR健康教育模式,比较两组患者的并发症发生率、相关知识掌握情况及依从性.结果 观察组穿刺点感染及血栓形成发生率均低于对照组,组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者的相关知识掌握情况及依从性均明显高于对照组,组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 信息护理IIFAR方案能提高患者的相关知识掌握情况及依从性,降低PICC患者的并发症.

Application of nursing information IIFAR scheme to PICC cathetering patients

Objective To discuss about the application effect of nursing information IIFAR scheme to PICC cathetering patients.Methods A total of 100 PICC cathetering patients were divided into experimental group and control group randomly in average.Conventional health education was given to control group,and IIFAR health education mode was given to experimental group on this basis.Afterwards,the complication occurrence rate,relevant knowledge acquisition level and compliance were compared for the patients between two groups.Results The infection occurrence rate of puncture site of the observation group was lower than that of the control group.The thrombogenesis occurrence rate of the observation group was lower than that of the control group.The relevant knowledge acquisition and compliance of patients in observation group were apparently higher than that of the control group.Conclusion The nursing information IIFAR scheme can improve the relevant knowledge acquisition and compliance and reduce complications for PICC patients.
